1 – Motivational Lectures

- Duration: 1-2 hours
- Investment amount: 1200 - 1500 euro
2 – Motivational, Vocational and Career Guidance
- Educational institutions that want to implement a personalized and or group vocational orientation for their students
- Parents and guardians who wish to offer personalized guidance to their children and/or dependents
- Teenagers and young adults who, on their own initiative, want to be Mentored to start the process towards their life success.
- Duration: 1 hr 30 minutes per session
- Investment amount: 100 € per person per session

2 - Strategic Actions
It is a strategic business consulting program for start-up entrepreneurs who want to draft their business plan and create their entire brand strategy.
1 – Mentorship Program
- I will follow up with the client for 2 months focusing on their brand strategy and creating their first business plan.
- This program has limited vacancies during the year, so you must sign up to get information about whether there are any vacancies or not. If the vacancies are already filled, those interested will be considered for the waiting list for the following year.
- Duration: 2 months with biweekly meetings
- Investment amount: 1200 euro
2 – Business ideas evaluation
- This is a session where I will brainstorm with the client in order to provide guidance on improvements to the idea and creative suggestions for brand differentiation and where the next steps in the client’s journey are defined.
- Duration: 2 hours
- Investment amount: 300 euro

3 - In practice
In practice is a program of workshops. These workshops are aimed at schools and/or groups that want to learn and/or improve their knowledge in a dynamic and practical way with a qualified trainer.

My purpose is to support young people on their journey, guiding them in their decision making so that they do not have to turn back at a considerable stage in their lives.
I can define it in one word: DISSATISFACTION. I was actually in a job that I liked what I was doing but I was super dissatisfied because I didn't feel valued either professionally or monetarily.
I had a first click for this decision that I put off to make a few months earlier when my boss at the time told me: if we didn't hire you you would be unemployed. I don't think I need to explain what that was. Those months before really gave me the motivation to create something of my own, but I reached a point where I realized that in the general living conditions I was in, I couldn't create something at the level I wanted.
The day really came when I couldn't take it anymore and I resigned and started looking for other destinations because I felt that Portugal was too "small" for what I wanted to do in the world.

I decided to become a mentor because I have always enjoyed motivating and guiding people. Why not take something I enjoy doing and turn it into a business. When I am in a mentorship I truly feel in my own world. I also decided to become a mentor to have a positive contribution and impact the lives of thousands of youth and adults with my services.
Travel - I love to travel, meet new places, new people, different cultures because they serve as inspiration and bring out my creative sense.
Communication - I love to communicate in the true sense of the word, I love to talk and share knowledge with people I know or don't know, because I learn a lot in these shares and in addition to that, transmitting what I know is a real therapy for me. In each live, lecture, mentorship I feel a lightness at the end, especially when the feedback is wonderful. The feeling is of mission accomplished.
